Review: Silent Hill: Origins (PSP)
The latest installment of the Silent Hill series this time on PSP.
The story start by the main character Travis Grady ,who is a trucker, one day while he was on the job near Silent Hill. He suddenly saw the figure in front of his truck which cause him to do a quick stop. Travis then get out of his truck and go to examine but the figure disappear. After that he get back on the truck and saw a girl in the mirror then the girl appear in front of his truck and run off towards the fog. Travis decided to go after her. And this is how the story begin….
Here is my opinion on this game. The game follow the same admosphere as others in Silent Hill series. The graphic are quite good for PSP (Remind me of when I’m playing Silent Hill 2 & 3) The gameplay is also like others one of the different things is the series are weapon system which you have to get hold of various type of melee weapon which will be broke after sometimes. The mystery is sometime hard when you cannot find the key item. To solve the puzzle you have to go between normal and otherworld by go through the mirror.
Some not so good things about this game is camera angles which sometime in some perspective you cannot see but hear the enemy sounds.
After all this game is quite good and meet the standard for this series title.
